This program demands more balance, concentration and full body strength. It is perfect for everyone to try but only persistent ones will succeed. But do not worry, the worst thing that can happen is you falling in the sea! Good Morning SUP, our best seller for a reason! It is the perfect match, a combination of calm morning SUP ride and a bit of exercise. Perfect program for everyone new in the paddle boarding world. We will teach you to ride the paddle board in the best conditions possible – on the calm morning sea! The program will end with stretching and some exercises on paddle boards to activate the body for the rest of the day!
